Waiting for a hatch at Alcoa
It won’t be long before there’s a hatch at Alcoa
From the website: “Thursday, September 27, 2007

Yes, 3rd Hatch for Brisbane, now we are waiting for Alcoa!
Congrats to our friends in Brisbane, Australia! All three eggs have hatched and now the real fun begins! Next on board will be hatching at the Alcoa nest!
Young falcons are pink and wet when they first hatch, but oh what a sight! In the coming days they will double their weight, in the coming weeks they will depend on their parents for food, and before we know it they will be exercising and flapping their wings in preparation for first flight!
Enjoy watching these little “white fuzz balls” while you can! They will grow up faster than you think!
