News from Brisbane, Australia:
The website at Frodo Cam has announced that one of the two chicks has died in the nest.   Questions as to the cause may never be answered.  We can only make guesses or voice opinions as to the how and why this young life has come to such a quick and sad end.

The young chick appeared to be doing well yesterday, getting fed along with it sibling and actively moving around, but sometime during the night (Australia time) it stopped moving and was no longer being mantled (covered) by the adult female, Frieda.

We join others across the world who have also been watching this nest and extend our sympathies to the Courier Mail crew and to the Brisbane, Australia Falcon Watchers.
