California Fires and Refuges

More than 70% of the vegetation and habitat at Hopper Mountain NWR was burned by the Ranch Fire (Hopper is home to the USFWS California condor recovery program) and more than 50% of vegetation and habitat was burned at the San Diego NWR

    This is just so sad. I would like to tar and feather the person who started this fire. this is sad for wildlife and human life.

    One step forward , and 2 steps back.( I am sorry i sound harsh but there is no excuse for people who do this. When these fires start just because they do it is bad enough but…..)
